Returns

Our 14-day money back guarantee policy is exactly that. If you are not happy with the results you are getting or simply do not want to the product any more, you can return it to us, with a full refund of the device.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to its original packaging, with all the accessories provided. 

When completing a return, let us know in advance so we can give you the correct address.

When does the 14 day period start?                                   

The 14-day period will start when your item has arrived at your house. Just let us know by the end of the 14th day if you would like to return it. Upon receival of the device, a full refund will be made.  

Can I return it even if I simply don’t like it?

Yes, this truly is a money back, no quibble guarantee. The device will be fully refunded as long as it has not been damaged or broken by the customer. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The device will be approved as long as the customer has not broken or damaged the device. Furthermore, if a business purchases a device, rather than a direct consumer – then a refund is not eligible. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. 

 

Exchanges/Warranty

The warranty for your device will last 2 years. Our warranty covers any manufacturers defects in the product. This does not include loss, theft, accident or negligence.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to our address (This will be given to you after it has been approved).You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You can consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
