Utilise our 14-day Free Trial! Our 14-day money back guarantee policy is exactly that. If you are not happy with the results you are getting or simply do not want to the product any more, you can return it to us, with a full refund of the device.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to its original packaging, with all the accessories provided. 

How do I process a return?

Just let us know via email (info@speakforless.com) by the end of the 14th day if you would like to return it. The device then has to be delivered to our office within the next 7 days (following the end of your 14-day trial). The shipment will be paid for and arranged by us.

Upon receiving the device, a full refund will be made.

When does the 14 day period start?                                   

The 14-day period will start when your item has arrived at your house. 

Can I return it even if I simply don’t like it?

Yes, this truly is a money back, no quibble guarantee. The device will be fully refunded as long as it has not been damaged or broken by the customer. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The device will be approved as long as the customer has not broken or damaged the device.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
