Try Before You Buy

This is a Delayed Auditory Feedback (DAF) Web App. DAF is the same technology used inside the FluencyPod™ Anti-Stuttering Device, and is designed to help people who stutter speak more fluently, by playing their voice back with a slight delay.

Please note: the DAF Web App is currently in beta testing, so performance may vary slightly depending on your browser or device.

If you experience any issues:

• Try this page on your phone for the most reliable experience

• You can also try another browser or device

• If problems continue, you can use an app like DAF Pro and set the delay to 70 ms to mimic the FluencyPod™ effect.

We’d really appreciate any feedback or issue reports at info@speakforless.com

This DAF software simulates the FluencyPod's effect, letting you experience it instantly before making your purchase.
Browser Compatibility Issue: This app requires a modern browser with microphone support. Please use Chrome, Firefox, or Edge for the best experience.

Step 1: Setup & Permissions

Important: You'll need wired headphones/earbuds with a built-in microphone. Bluetooth devices won't work properly due to audio latency.
First time users: When you click "Grant Microphone Access", your browser will ask for permission. Make sure to click "Allow" in the popup.

This software uses a 70ms delay - the same setting as the FluencyPod™, giving you an accurate preview of how DAF technology can help your speech fluency.

Step 2: Baseline Reading

Read the following text aloud WITHOUT using DAF. This will be your baseline for comparison.

Take your time and read at your normal pace. When you're done, click "Continue" to proceed to the DAF test.
I like to walk in the park. The sun feels warm on my face. Trees give nice shade. Birds make happy sounds. The path is smooth and wide. People smile when they pass by. Dogs wag their tails. Kids laugh and play games. The pond has ducks swimming. This is a good place to be.

Step 3: DAF Test

Now, click the 'Start DAF' button below, plug in your wired earphones and read the same text with DAF enabled. Notice how DAF impacts your stutter.

Step 4: What Did You Notice?

Take a moment to reflect on your experience. Did the delayed feedback change how you spoke? Many people find it helps them slow down and speak with more fluency.

What happens next: The 70ms delay you just experienced is the same technology built into FluencyPod™. While this demo gives you a taste, the real benefit come from using it in real-life speaking scenarios.
