You get a full 14 days to try the FluencyPod™. You do not need to return it within those 14 days. You only need to let us know by the end of day 14 after receiving it that you would like to return it. Once you have notified us, you will then have an additional 7 days to drop it off at your local depot such as USPS after we send you the return label. You will receive a full refund of the device price as long as the unit is returned in its original packaging with all accessories and is not damaged.

How do I start a return

Email us at info@speakforless.com within 14 days of receiving your device. Once we receive your request, we will send you a prepaid return label. You then have 7 days from that point to ship the device using the provided label. We arrange and pay for the return shipping.

When the 14 day period starts

Your 14 day trial period begins on the day your device is delivered to your address.

Can I return it even if I simply do not like it

Yes. This is a genuine money back guarantee. You can return it for any reason at all as long as the device has not been damaged or broken by the customer.

How your refund is issued

Once the device is approved for refund, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds normally appear within a few business days depending on your bank.

Refunds for Affirm orders

For orders paid with Affirm, refunds are handled directly by Affirm. They pause your repayment plan and return any payments you have already made, minus any interest charged by Affirm. Processing times may vary.
